RENTAL POLICY

	Motor Home and Travel Trailer reservations require a pre-paid security deposit fee of $500.00. Reservations for Ultra-Lite Travel Trailers require a pre-paid security deposit fee of $300.00. Reservations for pop-up tent campers require a pre-paid security deposit fee of $200.00.
	Pre-paid security deposit fees will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation if we are unable to re-rent the unit for the same dates.
	Balance of all rental fees and extras are required when unit is picked up.
	We accept Money Orders, Cash, Cashier Checks, VISA and MasterCard.
	No Personal, Company or Third Party Checks.
	Security deposit could be forfeited in whole or in part for loss of equipment, interior or exterior damage, interior and exterior cleaning, additional mileage, refueling of gasoline and propane, sales tax due and holding tank dumping. Security deposits refundable are returned within seven business days.
	Motor Homes are rented a minimum of seven days May 1^st through September 15^th.
	Motor Homes are rented a minimum of four days September 16^th through April 30^th.
	Travel Trailers are rented a minimum of seven days May 1^st through September 15^th.
	Tent Campers are rented a minimum of four days year round.
	Summer rates are in effect May 1^st through September 15^th.
	PICK UP TIMES – We are very flexible to meet our customer’s needs.
	RETURN TIME – No later than 9pm! Late or next day returns are subject to a $200.00 late charge plus daily rental fee.
	Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday PICKUP can be made available if pre-arranged!
	Gasoline and propane tanks are full when unit is picked up and must be returned full.
	Chemicals for RV Holding tanks are supplied free of charge.
	Motor Homes are equipped with generators and use is free.
	No Smoking or Pets Allowed in Rentals.
	Our insurance requires that renters be 23 years of age or older.
	Renters must supply a rider certificate from their insurance company.
	All renters must hold a valid driver’s license.

!!RENTAL REBATE ON PURCHASE!!

If you decide to purchase a new or used RV from MIKE’S RV within 90 days of your rental we will provide you with a rebate for 75% of your rental charges up to $700. This rebate applies only to rental fee and does not include other charges such as mileage, insurance, security deposit and any options or extras.
